Ex-Ram Fred Dryer Discusses Going From The Locker Room To Hollywood
You may know him better as "Hunter" but Fred Dryer is also a Rams legend. He sat down with CBSLA's Jim Hill and former Rams quarterback to talk about his playing days, the NFL record he holds and how he made the transition from football to acting.
Dryer, 70, said he used to talk with former teammate Merlin Olson about life after football. Olson also went on to be an actor after 15 years as a Ram defensive tackle.
"What's out there for us in life after your playing days are over?" Dryer said he would often ask Olson. "He was of the belief too, find out what you want to do, and go work as hard as you can for it."
