Fire rips through Monterey Park home
A large fire tore through a home in Monterey Park early Thursday.
The fire broke out sometime before 6 a.m. in the 1100 block of Pelon Way. Sky2 was over the scene as massive flames engulfed the home.
Los Angeles County Fire Department crews knocked down the blaze at 6:20 a.m. There were no injuries.
There was no word on a cause.
