Fire At South Gate Cement Factory Investigated As Possible Arson Case
SOUTH GATE (CBSLA.com) — A fire in South Gate was being investigated Wednesday as a possible arson case.
Firefighters responded around 1:30 a.m. to a cement factory parking lot at Southern and Garfield avenues, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
The cabs of four dump trucks on the private property were on fire.
No injuries were reported and no buildings were damaged, officials said.
Arson specialists were called in to investigate the incident.
