Driver Escapes Injury After Fire Engulfs Car On 110 Freeway
MONTECITO (CBSLA.com) — The driver of a vehicle engulfed in fire on the 110 Freeway escaped without injury Friday night.
California Highway Patrol officers say the driver managed to pull over near Avenue 43 in Montecito just before 11 p.m.
A passing motorist captured the BMW ablaze.
Firefighters quickly put out the flames.
No injuries were reported.
CHP officers say the vehicle's engine caught fire.
