Reports: Dodgers Reach Agreement With SP Hisashi Iwakuma

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The Dodgers have agreed to terms with free agent starting pitcher Hisashi Iwakuma.

ESPN's Jim Bowden was the first to report the signing.

The deal is over three years and worth a reported $45 million.

Iwakuma spent the last four years with the Seattle Mariners.

His best season came in 2014, when he went 15-9 with a 3.52 ERA.

In his four-year career, Iwakuma is 47-25 with a career 3.17 ERA and 551 strikeouts in 653.2 innings pitched.

He is 34-years old.
