Utley, who was acquired by the Dodgers in August, hit a meager .212 for the team.
Arroyo was acquired in the three-team deal with the Marlins and Braves that brought Mat Latos and Alex Wood to the team.
He was recovering from Tommy John surgery and did not pitch for the Dodgers.
Arroyo's option was for $13 million, Utley's was for $11 million and Peralta's was for $2.5 million.
