Deputies Hunt Flasher In Lake Elsinore
LAKE ELSINORE (CBLA.com) — Sheriff's are on the hunt for a man who exposed his genitals to a girl in Lake Elsinore.
The Riverside County Sheriff's Department said the girl was walking home from Earl Warren Elementary School about 2 p.m. Monday when she was approached by a man who flashed her.
The girl told officials the man fled toward Rosetta Canyon Drive.
The victim described the suspect as white, in his mid-20s, about 5 feet 6 inches tall, with a thin build. He was wearing shorts and a black hooded sweatshirt, the department said.
