Daycare Worker Accused Of 'Inappropriate Contact' With 2 Girls
ANAHEIM (CBSLA.com) — An 18-year-old Buena Park man faces child sexual assault charges for what police said was "inappropriate physical contact" with two young girls at the child care facility where he worked.
Daniel Martinez, who was arrested Wednesday morning, worked at a daycare facility in the 700 block of South Dale Avenue. He is suspected of inappropriately touching two girls, ages 6 and 7, at the facility, Anaheim police Sgt. Jacob Gallacher said.
Martinez was booked on suspicion of committing lewd acts with a child under the age of 14 and is in custody at the Orange County Jail on $1 million bail, Gallacher said.
