Conor McGregor, Holly Holm To Headline UFC 197

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Two UFC superstars will both enter the Octogon at UFC 197 on March 5th.

Both Conor McGregor and Holly Holm will headline the event.

McGregor, the newly-crowned featherweight champion, will move up in weight and challenge lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos for the 155-pound title.

In the co-main event, female bantamweight champion Holly Holm will defend her title against challenger Miesha Tate.

Holm made headlines in November when she knocked out previously undefeated champion Ronda Rousey.

McGregor is coming off an impressive 13-second knockout of Jose Aldo, in which he claimed the 145-pound title.

His challenger, Rafael dos Anjos, has a 25-7 career record.
