Castaic Man Arrested In Beating Death Of Wife
CASTAIC (AP) — A man has been arrested in the beating death of his wife.
Los Angeles County Sheriff's officials said Monday that 29-year-old Robert Danielson initially told authorities he found his wife unresponsive in their home in Castaic on Saturday.
His 26-year-old wife, Nicole, was taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead. An autopsy performed on Monday concluded that she died from blunt force trauma to the head.
Authorities said that after being questioned by homicide detectives, the husband was arrested and booked for investigation of murder.
The couple's children, ages three and one, are in the care of relatives.
