Canada's Immigration Website Crashes On Election Night

CBS Los Angeles - It appears 'moving to Canada' is a very popular Google search this evening.

The Canadian immigration site has crashed as voters have started Googling about how to legally move to Canada based off current election results.

The official website for 'Citizenship and Immigration Canada' stopped working at about 7:30pm PT, around the time when news organizations announced that a number of key states like Michigan, Ohio and Florida were swinging in Republican nominee Donald Trump's favor.

Canada's website would usually offer ways of applying either to live in or to become a citizen of the country. But all those people trying to access it actually are able to see is a long loading page and no access to the website.
