Body Found In Echo Park Lake

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) – Police are investigating a body which was found floating in Echo Park Lake Thursday morning.
The body was discovered floating on the north end of the lake, near the Lady of the Lake statue, sometime before 10 a.m., according to Los Angeles police.
The identity of the victim and the manner of death were not confirmed.
Homicide detectives were on scene.
