Thankfully K-Town fave Genwa decided to share the wealth and bestow a sibling eatery on Restaurant Row. The Beverly Hills Genwa is every bit as good as the original, with a focus on superior-quality Korean bbq. Come with a group and order one of several multi-course offerings (though be sure it includes the mouthwatering prime galbi). Just be sure not to fill up on the stellar banchan, as tempting as it may be.

A perfect dish, the cloves of roasted garlic were creamy and slightly sweet, and served with fresh baked focaccia buns.
