The term "oldies music" means a lot to the multiple generations of music lovers in Orange County. The Copper Door is a basement venue located in Artists Village in Downtown Santa Ana with plenty of chances to hear great music. On Sundays, The Copper Door hosts a weekly event called "Request Sundays" where you can request your favorite throwback songs and videos from a live video DJ. With 6,000 square-feet, there is plenty of room to dance, groove, and sing along with friends. Located in the warehouse district of Anaheim, the building where The Doll Hut resides is over 100 years old and was originally a private residence. In the 1930's, it was a truck stop café, and in 1957 The Doll Hut opened. Many well-known bands had their start here, and if the walls could talk, they would keep you enthralled for hours on end. From 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. daily, the beer taps are flowing and the live music is rocking into the wee hours of the morning.
