The 8th Annual Downtown Halloween Kids Festival will take place Oct. 31 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. live at the Grand Hope Park located at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. The program will include live theater performances featuring Halloween puppets. Other activities include face painting, crafts and bouncy houses to play in. Costumes are required for children to attend. Adults can dress in costumes as an option.
