Cafe Mozart's german owner & chef, Hans Loschl looked for a restaurant to call his own for several years before he found this San Juan Capistrano location in 2003. With years of training, Chef Hans Loschl brings years of experience to the dishes he creates for patrons. The menu features many terrific German inspired dishes like Sauerbraten, and a great Wiener Schnitzel, which is a lightly breaded and sautéed veal filet, with lemon, anchovy and caper garnish. Other specialties here include a Jaeger Schnitzel, or a thinly sliced pork tenderloin with sautéed wild mushroom sauce.
