PLACENTIA (CBSLA.com) — A 26-year-old man was arrested Tuesday in connection with the death of a 19-year-old woman whose body was found in a commercial area of Placentia.

The woman was found non-responsive at about 11:30 a.m. Sunday in the 900 block of South Placentia Avenue, Placentia police Sgt. Brian Perry said. She was rushed to Kaiser Foundation Hospital in Anaheim, where she was pronounced dead at 12:23 p.m. Sunday, according to the coroner's office.

She was later identified as Madeline Rose Mallory, Perry said. Police had no hometown for Mallory, and did not say how she died.
