7-Eleven Is Offering 'Bring Your Own Cup Day' For Second Time This Year

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) - This Friday and Saturday you can bring any sort of cup, bowl, mug, glass, or basically anything that can hold liquid to a 7-Eleven convenience store, and fill it up with a delicious Slurpee for $1.50.

The "Bring Your Cup" event is in honor of their 50th anniversary of the Slurpee drink, and this is the second time this year they are offering it to the public.

They do though have a few rules, however: whatever type of Slurpee holding device you bring, it has to fit through an in-store display with a 10-inch diameter.

And the cup must not exceed the dimensions of 9-inches by 11-inches, can't have any cracks or holes leading to leaks, and must be cleaned out before use.
