3.8 Quake Hits Near San Pedro
SAN PEDRO (CBSLA.com) — A 3.8 magnitude earthquake struck Friday evening in San Pedro.
The quake, that struck one minute before 8 p.m., was felt far and wide including Echo Park, Porter Ranch and Woodland Hills.
CBS2 and KCAL9 viewers took to Facebook to also say they felt the quake in Carson, Redondo Beach and Northridge.
It hit about 9 miles south of San Pedro off the coast.
There are no reports of injuries or property damage.
