2 killed in helicopter crash near Perris identified
Two Murrieta residents killed in a plane crash have been identified.
Mark Carter, 51, and Dennis Lee Foster, 62, were killed on Friday.
The chopper took off from French Valley Airport and went down in Nuevo just east of Perris.
The FAA and the NTSB are handling the investigation and are looking into exactly what went wrong.
