1 Dead After Car Slams Into Tree On Freeway Transition Road In Carson
CARSON (CBSLA.com) — Authorities say an unidentified person has died at the scene of a single-vehicle crash on a freeway transition road in Carson.
The early morning accident happened on the transition lanes between the southbound 405 Freeway and the southbound 110 Freeway.
The crash was reported about 2:15 a.m.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department tells CBSLA the vehicle struck a tree.
The accident prompted officials to issue a SigAlert for several hours.
