Meet Taz, Sacramento County's New Pest Detection Dog

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Sacramento County has a new pest detection dog named Taz.
His job is to "sniff out" harmful pets on packages containing fruit.

The labrador retriever underwent four months of training in Georgia before arriving in Sacramento earlier this month.
He's already found 21 instances of pests in packages!
