How to Build a ROV

What's a ROV? How do you build a ROV from scratch? No one knows this better than the Jesuit High Robotics Team! The team is preparing to defend their 2013 underwater championship title at the Marine Advanced Technology Education (MATE) International ROV competition! Before they head back to Michigan at the end of the month, we're going behind-the-scenes to see how these kids build and test a ROV!
