Tom Izzo, maybe better known as "tournament Tom," delivers some of the more motivating speeches you will ever hear.
Not many people picked Izzo's Spartans to make it to the Final Four.
Last week, I posted the speech Izzo gave to his team before they faced Virginia.
CBS Sports once again captured Izzo's pregame speech, this time against Louisville.
Tom's message was simple: Just give him two hours.
"Two hours, two hours, you do everything you can do for two hours, two hours, out of the millions hours you guys have worked out if you think about it, Izzo said. "Just give me two hours and you're going to have 50, 60, 70 years of memories."
