Wanted: Man Who Exposed Himself To Woman At Rochester Hills Meijer

ROCHESTER HILLS (WWJ) - Oakland County authorities are looking for help from the public to identity a man who allegedly exposed himself to a young woman at a local Meijer store.

It happened Monday at around 6 p.m., according to sheriff's officials, at the supercenter on Rochester Road in Rochester Hills.

The suspect, seen on photos released to the media on Thursday, approached the 24-year-old victim as she was shopping and stood near her.

As she looked back toward the suspect, she "observed him exposing his genitals and actively making sexually explicit motions in her direction," the Sheriff's Office stated, in a media release.

The woman called 911 but responding deputies couldn't find the man she described. They did, however, recover some " physical biological evidence at the scene."

There was no physical contact between the suspect and the victim and no verbal statements were made. The Sheriff's Office didn't offer any details about the evidence.

The suspect is described as a white male, around 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall with an olive complexion and longer, dark hair. He was seen wearing a dark-colored t-shirt with a Buddy's Pizza logo on the front and may have been driving a light-colored sedan.

Anyone who might know the man in the photos or who has any information about the suspect is asked to call the Crime Stoppers anonymous tip line at 1-800-SPEAK-UP. There is a $1,000 reward being offered for information leading to an arrest in this case.
