CBS DETROIT - The Detroit Tigers took two of three games from the Oakland Athletics this week, and following a 3-2 win Wednesday, several of the Tigers stuck around for Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals series between the Golden State Warriors and the Houston Rockets.
Two-time MVP Miguel Cabrera and starting pitchers Justin Verlander, David Price and Shane Greene were in attendance, and the players made sure to tweet all about the experience.
Price was evidently sitting a bit farther away from the court than Verlander, and he addressed the reason why in a hilarious way.
The way my bank account is set up RT @TdTurfe: how come @JustinVerlander and @MiguelCabrera sat Courtside while @DAVIDprice14 sat higher up?

Verlander in particular was active in cataloging the evening on Twitter and Instagram, though Cabrera also snapped a few photos and videos and Price and Greene retweeted photos others took of them.
