Tips Wanted In Fatal Shooting Of River Rouge Man In Detroit

DETROIT (WWJ) - Police are looking for tips after a 26-year-old suburban man was shot and killed inside his car in Detroit.

It happened early in the morning of Monday, Oct. 30, in the area of Scotten and W. Warren.

According to investigators, the victim — identified as Paris Howard of River Rouge — left his home at around 3 a.m. and was found dead at around 3:40 a.m.

Police said there is no known motive for the killing at this time.

Photos of the victim and his vehicle were released on Thursday.

Anyone who may have seen Howard or had contact with him between 3 a.m. and 3:40 a.m. that day or who has any information about this crime is asked to call Detroit Police Homicide at 313-596-2260 or 313-596-2301.
