Suspect Wearing Fake Beard Robs Rochester Hills Bank
ROCHESTER HILLS (WWJ) -- Authorities in Oakland County are on the lookout for a suspect wanted in the robbery of a bank in Rochester Hills on Thursday.
Police say the suspect entered the Citizens Bank on N. Adams Rd. and Walton Blvd. at around 3:30 p.m. while wearing a fake beard and mustache before giving a handwritten note to one of the tellers.
The note read "This is a robbery. Give me all of your fifties and hundreds please."
The teller complied and gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect then fled on foot eastbound through The Villages of Rochester Hills Mall parking lot.
Police describe the suspect as a white male with blue eyes, 5-foot-7 and 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray striped shirt, black pants, white gym shoes, glasses and a fake beard.
