Southfield (CW50) - On this week's STREET BEAT, host Lisa Germani learns about the current state of Foster Care and hears from people dedicated to making a difference for the youth in Metro Detroit. First, she sits down with Co-Founder of the House of Providence, Maggie Dunn to learn about Foster Care in Michigan.

Then we talk with Judson Center CEO and President Lenora Hardy-Foster, and Foster Care Navigator, Jackie Gant about the impact Judson Center has had on the community for the last 95 years.

Next, she speaks with Bethany Anne Galdes Foundation Founder and Executive Board Member, Catherine Galdes, and Clinical Board Member, Maria Evans as Catherine explains how her daughters' story has helped save hundreds of lives.
