Sports Illustrated Picks MSU In Sugar Bowl And Michigan In Tax Slayer Bowl

Growing up a Michigan State fan hasn't been the easiest way of life. I always said my dad "raised me the right way" since he went to MSU and my friends would respond with, "what you were raised a loser?"
I didn't have a comeback. Michigan State had let me down my entire life. I was only 4 years old in 1987 so I don't remember that Rose Bowl trip at all.
Then the 2013 season happened when I least expected it. I didn't think the offense was good enough to beat any team on their schedule and then it happened. They put it all together!
That brings me to Sports Illustrated's bowl projections for the 2014 season. Michigan State could completely shock me and continue to be a great program and compete for a national title this season, but I don't expect it. The bullseye is on their back and I don't know how they will handle the pressure. Trust me, I want them to win the Big Ten and compete for a national title -- and that's exactly what Sports Illustrated thinks Michigan State will do!
SI has Michigan State playing Florida State in the "College Football Playoff" semifinal against the defending National Champ Florida State.
Michigan is predicted to play Georgia in the Tax Slayer Bowl against Georgia.
Do you think either of these predictions will come true?
