Saturday evening was the most hyped and most anticipated fight that boxing has seen since the days of Ali.
Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao faced off and the world was watching. I was one of the lucky few thousand that were in Las Vegas for the spectacle and that's exactly what it was.
The media room, where I watched the fight, was almost as loud as the MGM Grand Arena itself.

If you were not in Vegas to see the fight on one of the MGM properties then you were most likely watching with some friends.
That wasn't the case for Colorado Rockies' pitcher John Axford. The Rockies were in San Diego and after the game, Axford tried to find a bar to watch the fight without success. He tried to watch at his hotel and struck out again.
So where did he watch it? On the street, with what appears to be hundreds of people through some random person's third floor apartment.

Axford did tweet shortly after that he did manage to make it to an establishment to watch the fight.
I got into an establishment just after that photo! But your story is better/funnier! Let's stick with your story! https://t.co/bE6L3xvDkj
