Police Investigating Dead Body Found In McDonald's Parking Lot
TROY (WWJ) -- A woman's body has been found in the parking lot of a McDonald's in Troy.
An investigation is underway at the location on the southwest corner of Big Beaver Road and Dequindre Road. Authorities arrived on the scene around 4 p.m. on Friday.

Police believe the woman's death is medically related with no outward signs of criminal involvement.
Police are still investigating. The woman's body has been taken away by the medical examiner, where a toxicology exam will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
