No Suspects In Connection With Stabbing Of Interior Designer In Grosse Pointe Farms
GROSSE POINTE FARMS (WWJ) - A Grosse Pointe Farms man is hospitalized after he was stabbed inside his home during a robbery.
Interior designer Daniel Clancy remains in critical condition after being attacked at his home Sunday afternoon.
Sixty-nine-year-old Clancy was reportedly stabbed multiple times and had also been bound with duct tape.
Police are still searching for suspects.
Clancy has been featured on Home and Garden Television....and named "Designer of the Year" by Detroit Monthly Magazine. Although he's been based in Michigan, he's worked on homes in Palm Beach, Aspen, New York and Los Angeles.
