Police Believe They've Captured Man Of Few Words And Wheels In Connection With Bank Robbery
BYRON, Mich. (AP) - The getaway vehicle had only two wheels.
Authorities say they captured a man who's accused of robbing a bank in Shiawassee County and fleeing on a bicycle.
Sheriff George Braidwood says a Chase bank was robbed Wednesday in Byron. The suspect was caught hours later at a house in White Lake, 40 miles away.
The robber didn't display a weapon and was silent in the bank. He simply passed a note that demanded money.
