Plymouth-Canton Educational Park Choir Sets Their Sights On Carnegie Hall

Learning self-expression and teamwork is a theme for those involved in the Plymouth-Canton Educational Park (PCEP) Choir.

They recently held a fundraiser at Tony Sacco's for their trip to Carnegie Hall in New York City next year.

The students involved get so much more than a vocal workout from the experience, "Music in my life has really helped me to express myself," said choir member Madeline Klozik.

Music is a constant in the life of many of the students. Choir member, Ethan Wolf said, "... it's just like a comfort zone for me ... whenever I feel bad whenever I feel happy, whenever I feel sad I just go to music."

Director of Choirs at PCEP, Jennifer Neumann explains the importance of the program, "It just creates more well-rounded and more confident individual -- being involved in music."

Richard Wolf Co-chair of Plymouth-Canton Educational Park Choirs touting the skill of the group said, "At every level they're so amazing. There's not just one. They're all great."
