The Ohio State University had one of their better days this past Saturday as their Buckeyes topped Michigan in double overtime.

Monday, they suffered one of their biggest tragedies as 11 were injured in an attack on the University. William Clark, who is an engineering professor at OSU, was one of the victims and spoke at a press conference on Tuesday.

Sometimes when a tragedy hits, something as simple as a football game can help people grieve and feel better for a moment.

That point was underscored when while speaking with the press, Clark wanted to remind everyone that no matter how terrible the day was, the Buckeyes had still beaten their arch rival Michigan.

"We're still a great University, we still beat Michigan," he said.

Clark also wanted the students and people of Ohio State to know this was an "isolated incident." He suffered two deep cuts on his leg.
