Obama's Visit To The Henry Ford Featured In Photo Retrospective

DEARBORN (CBS Detroit) - A photo from President Barack Obama's visit to the Henry Ford Museum has been selected to represent Michigan in a state-by-state photo retrospective.

White House photographer Pete Souza created the online photo album with one photograph from each state to mark the president's visit to Friday to South Dakota - the 50th state he has visited during his administration.

For Michigan, Souza selected a photograph taken in 2012 at a campaign fundraise at the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn. The president took a seat in Rosa Park's bus, which is on display in the museum.

According to a CBS News story, the president stated, "I actually had the chance to sit in Rosa Parks' bus -- I just sat there for a moment and pondered the courage and tenacity that is part of our very recent history."

Souza said he would add South Dakota to the gallery after the president's visit.
