Missing 9-Year-Old Detroit Boy Found Safe

DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit police say a child reported missing on Friday has been found safe.
Robert Wood, 9, was at his home on Heyden Street, near I-96 and Evergreen in the morning when his mother said he took the garbage out — and never came back inside.
Police said Robert has medical conditions and requires medication.
He was located later in the day and was "safe," according to police.
No details were released as to where the boy disappeared to.
