A batting average of .330, 44 home runs and 139 RBIs was good enough for Detroit Tigers' Miguel Cabrera to win the first Triple Crown since 1967.
Cabrera won the Triple Crown in 2012 and since then he has been putting up pretty similar numbers -- and some would argue his 2013 numbers (.348, 44 HRs and 138 RBI) were better. They were good enough to get him his second consecutive MVP in '13.
Sunday afternoon, Miggy showed off his Triple Crown ring.
It's very impressive, when I first saw it I thought it was an ALCS ring.
The ring feature Triple on the top of the face and Crown on the bottom with Cabrera across the front.
Also, according to his Instagram account it looks like he is recovering well.
Just remember that spring training is right around the corner.
