Michigan Fans Donate To ChadTough In Response To Fine For Harbaugh's Officiating Comments
A fundraiser page has been setup by U of M fan blog Maize And Go Blue in response to the Big Ten fining the University of Michigan for head football coach Jim Harbaugh's comments about officiating after his team's loss to Ohio State.
33% of the $10,000 goal has been raised in the first 16 hours of the campaign.
A summary of the plan detailed on the page includes raising the money by kickoff of the Big Ten Football Championship game Saturday. If the goal is met they will challenge the Big Ten to match the funds and make a donation to the ChadTough Foundation which funds and researches cures and treatment for pediatric brain tumors.

The reprimand and the fine stemmed from Harbaugh saying he was bitterly disappointed with the officiating and citing bad penalties, missed calls and the first-down ruling on J.T. Barrett's run which Harbaugh believes decided the outcome of the game.
