Man Put Handmade 'Out-Of-Order' Sign On Bathroom Door Before Assault At University Of Michigan [SUSPECT SKETCH]
ANN ARBOR (WWJ) - Police at the University of Michigan have released a sketch of a suspect who allegedly assaulted a student in a women's bathroom on campus.
The incident happened around 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday, January 26 at Weill Hall, located at the northeast corner of State and Hill streets.
Police say the suspect followed a student into the women's restroom, hanging an unauthorized, handmade "out-of-order" sign on the door behind him. The student told police that the man forcibly grabbed and hugged her before she could run away.
The suspect is described as a white male approximately 20-years-old, 5'10" to 5'11" tall, clean-shaven, with a medium build and brown hair. He was wearing blue jeans and a two-tone plaid green winter jacket at the time.

• Close blinds at night and keep doorwall security bars in place.
• Keep rooms and apartments locked at all times.

• Trust your intuition. If a particular situation makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, choose an alternative.
• Have your keys in hand before you reach your vehicle or residence.
