Getting a credential to the Super Bowl is basically as good as it gets for covering a sporting event.
I was lucky enough to get a credential to Super Bowl XLVII between the Baltimore Ravens and the San Francisco 49ers.
When I first saw this story it wasn't difficult to figured out why this gentleman had his credential yanked.
You are specifically told on the credential you are not allowed to post photos of yourself with the credential showing or it will be taken from you.
Russ Knight from Arizona made the mistake of taking a photo of himself wearing the credential and posted it on Facebook.
Knight got a job to work in the press box during the game ... that won't happen now.
He received a call from the NFL and was told his credential was taken away from him and he hopes telling his story will prevent others from making the same mistake.
