Man Killed, Teen Girl Injured In Shooting On Detroit's West Side
DETROIT (WWJ) -- A man is dead and a teen girl is hurt after a shooting on the west side of Detroit on Friday night.
The incident happened near Proctor St. and McGraw Ave. at around 9:45 p.m. The 27-year-old victim was standing near a taco truck when three unknown males ran from a nearby alley and opened fire on him, then fled the location in an unknown direction.
As a result of the shooting, a 15-year-old girl who was inside of her home was shot after a stray bullet came through her home.
The teen sustained a gunshot wound to the hand and was transported to an area hospital. Her condition is unknown.
