Man Found Slain Outside Flint-area Car Wash Following Fight
MOUNT MORRIS TWP. (AP) - A man has been shot and killed outside a Flint-area car wash following an altercation.
The Flint Journal reports that Mount Morris Township police found the man's body in the doorway of the business Monday morning.
A man and a woman have been arrested.
Police Chief Terence Green says officers initially were responding to reports of a fight between two men at an apartment complex. More 911 calls then followed about shots being fired.
The car wash is about 100 yards from the apartment complex. The victim and the two people arrested were acquainted and arrived in the area in the same vehicle.
Green says investigators are "not sure exactly what happened, but all involved are in custody."
