Man Critically Injured In Ann Arbor Shooting, 3 Suspects At Large

ANN ARBOR (WWJ) - Police in Ann Arbor are investigating a shooting that left a man critically injured.

The shooting happened around 11:45 p.m. Monday on Maple Road just south of Liberty Street, near I-94.

The 21-year-old victim was talking with three other people when one of them pulled out a gun and opened fired. The man, who is not a student at the nearby University of Michigan, was transported to the hospital by a friend and was last reported in critical condition.

The suspects remain at large. Descriptions were not immediately released.

An investigation is ongoing.
