Macomb County Public Auction Is A Bargain Hunter's Dream
CLINTON TWP. (WWJ) - If you're looking for a bargain this weekend, head on over to Clinton Township for the annual Macomb County public auction.
The auction starts at 9 a.m. Saturday at the county warehouse, 44900 Vic Wertz Drive, with a preview of items beginning an hour earlier.
Items up for bids include cars, trucks, computer equipment, electronics, jewelry and tools that have been found or seized.

"The auction provides local citizens the opportunity to find unique items at a good price while bringing in revenue for the county and helping us reduce inventory. It's a win-win for everyone involved in the event," Macomb County Executive Mark Hackel said in a statement.
All items are sold as is and all sales are final. In addition to the 6 percent Michigan sales tax, a 7 percent buyer's premium will apply to all items. Cash, checks, Visa or MasterCard will be accepted – excluding starter checks and credit card advance checks. All items must be paid in full on the day of the sale. Out-of-state buyers must provide a bank letter of credit.
