Jon "Bones" Jones is one of the baddest dudes on the planet -- I only rank Floyd Mayweather Jr. over him. We will leave that to be debated at another time.

I have mentioned in a previous blog how big a fan I am of grand entrances. Whether it be before a big boxing title bout, a wrestling match, Mason introducing the Pistons or even in football when they introduce the individual player -- the bigger the entrance, the better.

This past Saturday night, the UFC Light Heavyweight Champion defended his title successfully. The best part of the fight to me was the homage Jones paid to Ray Lewis. The fight took place in Baltimore and Jones decided to honor Lewis by doing his entrance dance as you can see below.

The best of the dance to me is when Nelly drops and you here "hot in here." It doesn't get much better than that.
