Someone Tweets For Jake Butt On Spartans' Loss: 'That's How Little Bro Had To Go Down'

On the internet, everything is forever.

Michigan tight end Jake Butt was still celebrating the Wolverines' huge win over Rutgers on Saturday when the Michigan State Spartans lost their bid for an undefeated season, losing to lowly Nebraska, 39-38.

Butt tweeted -- and quickly deleted --  a joyous response to the Spartans demise.

Now, someone -- his brother -- is saying that they tweeted that message from Jake Butt's account and that he had nothing to do with it.

Of course, Michigan lost to the Spartans on a miracle play earlier in the season, and Butt still seems to be a little sour about it. As for the rooting for Ohio State comment, if the Wolverines and Buckeyes win out -- including a game against Michigan State -- the two will be playing for the Big Ten East championship on November 28 and a trip to the Big Ten Championship.

After years of stale monotony, the Wolverines-Spartans rivalry is back and as good as ever.
