Florida Gators Mascot Protects Kid From Foul Ball

Putting his foam head on the line, the Florida Gators mascot shielded a boy from a foul ball and it was caught on camera.

Spectators took cover and Albert Gator reacted quickly to protect the boy who had no idea how close he came to being nailed by the incoming projectile.

The tyke returned the favor performing CPR on the downed foam reptile.

Alligators have taken a few hits recently. Remember when a horse kicked one in the head last Thursday?
