First Cases Of Flu This Season Confirmed In Michigan

LANSING (WWJ) - The first cases of flu this season have been confirmed in Michigan. The state Health Department confirms four cases in the past two weeks.

All of the cases involved adults.

State health officials urged everyone six months old and older to get vaccinated.

During last year's flu season, three kids died.
